Scoop907 refund policy.

The goal is simple: customers should not pay for a cleanup that was not completed, and workers should not lose payout for completed, verified work.

Before service

If a job cannot be matched or scheduled, the customer can be refunded or kept in the route queue without being charged again.

After service

If the cleanup was missed or proof does not match the request, support can issue a re-clean, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on what happened.

Access issues

Fees may still apply when a worker arrives and cannot complete service because dogs were outside, access instructions were wrong, gates were locked, or property rules blocked lawful entry.
