What we collect
Customer names, emails, phones, service addresses, ZIP codes, dog count, yard details, access restrictions, notes, uploaded yard photos, payment status, and private job comments. Worker accounts may include coverage ZIPs, access capabilities, availability, and payout contact details.
How it is used
We use this data to run the cleanup request, match workers, prevent unsafe dispatches, verify proof photos, support customers and workers, understand route demand, and improve the product.
Sharing
Job details are shared only with the people needed to operate the job: the customer, assigned worker, ops staff, payment providers, email/SMS providers, and infrastructure vendors used to run the service.
